These include a variety of training classes to familiarize customers with our Customization tools, installation and setup of the products, Scopus system administration and general knowledge of Scopus products and how they work together in the enterprise environment. We also provide a number of support options such as regular telephone technical support, extended hours support ( both manned and electronic), dedicated or resident technical support, priority escalation, software and documentation enhancement /maintenance updates and customized support offerings where appropriate to meet customer needs.

To ensure timely and successful implementation of Scopus products, the company offers a variety of Consulting and Implementation services . The company employs its own personnel in these activities and also works with small and large Scopus certified, third party consulting organizations and systems integrators. Services include onsite project design and scoping, implementation, project management, customization services, database mapping, integration with third party tools/applications/systems, and process reengineering.
